The textbook presents both theoretical background and practical recommendations for future engineers’ leadership position establishment at higher technical educational institutions. The conditions for forming future engineers’ leadership position and an analysis of the peculiarities of students' leadership position establishment at higher technical educational institutions during classroom and extracurricular activities are of interest.
